Klaus Heringer

Most of my career has been in domains where the gap between clinical or financial workflows and the product that supports them determines whether the business scales or breaks. I spent nearly five years in fintech building collections CRMs, self-service payment flows, and orchestration platforms that tripled agent productivity. Then moved to healthtech, where I applied AI to clinical and operational workflows and led product through a period of rapid growth.

What I care about: making sure every product initiative ties back to a number that matters to the business. Not vanity metrics, not feature counts. Revenue, gross margin, cost per operation, time to value. I work alongside clinical, operations, and engineering leaders to find where product can create compounding leverage.
